Having had previous sports massages, I went in to my first appointment expecting a similar experience. I was very wrong. Heidi put me at ease right from the start, with a professional yet personable manner. She explained the process to me fully, and was the epitome of professional. As I mentioned, I have had numerous Sport massages, with different therapists. I expected to find a little release after my appointment, but I did not expect the results I was given. The only explanation I can attribute to my knot free back (resulting in the death of both Mark and Bob, who had taken up residence in my shoulders and were clearly not in any hurry to bugger off) is that Heidi is magic. Would highly recommend this service and this lady!

Joanne is very helpful and very professional. I got the full treatment time, where normal if I go for a back, neck and shoulder you only get 20/25min I got the full 30minutes. She knows her stuff. Very friendly and relaxed environment. Thank you so much.
