Had a back and neck massage today with Tim. I had surgery 4 weeks ago to remove a severe fragment of disc that had pro lapsed. Tim made me feel at ease. An adaptive treatment to my back and arms, Olivia has really effective palpation chopping and changes when things did or didn’t work. Checking pressures, being mindful was I wanted to achieve and the specific things I hate (pressure over kidneys for example!)
I can feel a difference in my chronically tight trapezius but I feel like I’ve had a relaxing massage still. Really good.
