David gives an excellent deep tissue massage using the Raynor method. My main problem was tightness in the shoulders, upper back and lower back. A lot of this is due to my posture, particularly when cycling. David was able to identify the tense muscles causing the discomfort and to work on them at a pressure firm enough to tackle the tension but he was able to keep the pressure at a level that was always bearable. I felt much better afterwards, relaxed and without the tightness in the shoulders. I will definitely visit again when I am in his area. David was professional and courteous throughout and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
