I have always had a keen interest in sport, including running, tennis and skiing. Alongside this, I keep myself fit with regular HIIT classes and Pilates. After suffering with a few injuries myself, I discovered the positive impact that sports massage can have on the soft tissues and decided to pursue my own career in this area.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. I work with each client on a personal basis and take my time ensuring I understand their medical history to fully understand their injuries and why they might be occuring.
