The clinic is in Rooksdown, a lovely quiet private estate beside the North Hampshire Hospital. We are clinic based, so unfortunately cannot provide a mobile service. Massage treatments vary depending on each client but will revolve around deep tissue massage, fascial and soft tissue massage, trigger point release and active stretching and activation movements. BensBodyFitness was founded by Ben Alderton in March 2015, now owned by Rhianna Moffitt and Adam Jones as of 1st November 2019. Rhianna has been a trainer for BensBodyFitness for over two years. Since our humble beginnings, we’ve delivered over 7000 sessions and worked with more than 350 clients (April 2018) from Newbury, Reading, Maidenhead and surrounding areas. We have supported clients to achieve a range of unique goals such as;

Hi my name is Marianne Barbieri. In 2011 I qualified as a Massage Therapist from ITEC. In 2012 I gained a qualifications in Aromatherapy. In 2013 I passed my Pregnancy massage course and Baby massage. In 2015 I completed an oncology course which is a massage for Cancer patients. In 2015 I completed my Reflexology course.  I have a treatment room available in Christ Church, Chineham, Basingstoke, where there are good, free parking facilities.
