I'm a triathlete and endurance runner so I know how important it is to keep the body healthy and happy. I offer Sports Massage, Myofascia release techniques using the Rossiter System. I have a particular Interest in posture and rehab and frequently offer small group foam rolling and core sessions. These are popular with everyone from office workers to sporting clients. I run two clinics in Cheltenham and Gloucester with evening appointments on three days a week and daytime of the others.
