I saw Beth twice for a back, neck and shoulder massage for a very uncomfortable/tense back. She was a pleasure to see, helped me feel very relaxed, target the whole back, particularly the knotted parts and helped me feel much better each time. Highly recommend.

We visit Woolacombe and Mortehoe each year for our annual holiday. I cannot believe that I didn't know that this place existed. After a busy few months at work and some rather stressful events I have been suffering with bad neck and shoulder pain and resultant stiffness. I picked up a leaflet and decided to treat myself to a Sports massage to unknot and free up my shoulders. I left a message and received a call the same day offering me a treatment the next afternoon. It was explained that there wasn't availability for a sports massage until later in the week so I opted for deep tissue. I was greeted by Carol who was very petite and friendly. She listened to my requirements and offered me a selection of delicious smelling oils before explaining the treatment that she was about to perform. I confirmed that I was very badly knotted and would require quite a lot of pressure. I must admit that I was dubious that such a petite and gentle person could give me such a pummelling, but she did. Carol worked on the bits I knew were bad and found others that I didn't know were a problem. A very painful but beneficial way to spend an hour. I feel so much better for the session and it was most definitely worth the money. Carol asked on multiple occasions (I had lots of knots) if the pressure was too much and offered to tone it down if required. The room was very relaxing and calming and other more pleasurable treatments were available. Highly recommended. They also offer yoga on a daily basis.
