The workshop was very insightful into how to properly train. Yasmin fully breaks down every step from posture to sets and reps. What I loved most about it was that Yasmin was very hands on with everyone equally but made you feel as tough you were in a one to one personal training sessions.
Since the workshop I am a lot more confident in the gym, I am able to squat and deadlift, two things I was extremely nervous about, without feeling like I am doing it wrong. I have learnt which exercises best target each muscle and how to manipulate reps based on what I want to achieve.
