I attend a circuits class on a Monday evening and boxercise class on a Thursday evening in Taffs Well (All Stars Gymnastics building). The classes are varied, good fun but at the same time challenging. We always have great fun and I am making some new friends out of the classes. We have good banter but put in 100% effort as well. Rhys Jones is a great teacher and clearly cares about helping people to achieve their goals whilst not putting pressure on anybody. I highly recommend the classes!
