What do you love most about your job?

I love having the ability to consult, assess, and repair my clients injury problems.
It is great to have the initial consultation, and get to know what my clients are suffering with.
It is then really important to carry out the required range of movement assessments and assess how much pain my clients muscle movements are restricted.
Finally, I love the hands on treatment and working through my learned techniques to help restore a better range of movement to my clients muscles or relieving some of the pain they may be suffering with.

Why choose Perfect Motion?

As a keen football player with a passion for running, I have unfortunately suffered with a number of injuries in my life. A few years ago, a disc in my lower back prolapsed as I attempted to get out of my car – it was without a doubt the worst pain I have ever experienced! I was unable to walk and was literally stuck half in/half out of my car from the intense pain.

After months of physiotherapy, my disc still had not realigned itself back into its correct position, and so I was advised to undergo a Microdiscectomy operation, which involved cutting away the part of my disc which was bulging out of my spine, needless to say it wasn’t very pleasant!

As part of my rehabilitation and recovery, I had regular back massages and I found the treatment to be almost miraculous. Not only did it help me to get back to work quicker, it also meant I was able to start playing football again, which I love doing, and so helped me feel better about myself.

After my own painful journey, I wanted to learn more about the art of massage therapy and how I could help others recover from their own injuries, aches or pains, and other discomforts our bodies suffer with, in today’s hectic modern world.

So, I enrolled at the Oxford School of Sports Massage, and strive to assist other people with injuries similar to my own. Having had first-hand experience with this type of suffering, I truly believe that sports massage treatments can aid you back to your fit and healthy self again.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am a really good communicator and I feel that I have the ability to help my clients feel relaxed.
This is really important for any type of massage treatment.
The more relaxed you r muscles are - the more effective my services can be.

I have had some really good feedback and had some great results from my clients over the years.
My clients are regular and I feel that is a good sign that I am good at what I do.
