Very surprised to see results after just 1 treatment (the hair has not grown back in some places and in other places there is a significant reduction). i've had 2 treatments in total, 6 weeks apart and have only trimmed my hair once in between (previously i needed to trim my hair daily!) Mina did my treatment and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional - she explained its not just about using a good machine, but its about understanding skin type/ colour and using the machine at the correct setting. I think just 1 more treatment will be needed. Well worth the price!

Before starting my own business, I was working in the health sector in various roles, such as Care Coordinator for the NHS, Day Centre Officer for a mental health training centre. In these roles I encountered many people complaining of various aches and pains, they visited their GP, sometimes got referred to a physio, but invariably there was little change to their pains.
Many older people were left feeling they had been fobbed off with everything being put down to their age. Those with a mental health illness felt their physical issues were being put down to their state of mind.
I knew there was more that could be done to help so decided to train initially reflexology, then Sports Massage.
I meet each client where they are at, tailoring each treatment to ensure their specific needs are met. Sometimes it's purely a physical issue, but in other cases there can be more emotional stressors at play such as stress. My experience and expansive toolset means I can adapt the treatment accordingly.
All massage therapy services are provided face to face only. This can be in the home setting, or one of my clinics in Burnham or Marlow.
In addition to ensuring myself and my client use PPE as appropriate, I leave a gap between each client to ensure the treatment room and equipment used is cleaned and well ventilated.
