I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option. My family and I have been training here since last July; the staff are incredible and what is on offer is tough to match. I'm a PhD student and have travelled around quite a bit. It is so hard to find a good place to train. But this place is not only a good place to train, it is one of my most favorite of all the many places I've been at. They meet you where you are, and steadily help you to your goals (I have some head kicks now, for the first time in my life!). And the children's programs are great too! Whether you have a family, or want to train karate, kickboxing...and even MMA!!...this is the place to go! My 7-yr-old and I do all three. :)
