Have been training with the academy since 2017. Great coach who gives all students a lot of attention, explains everything and breaks it down really well, so it's easy to pick it up and progress. Plenty of classes, so more than enough options. All the students are very friendly so you feel part of the academy straight away...

I have trained with Zen Arts in Bognor for the past 5 years. Tim is an amazing teacher of both ChiKung and Kungfu, he has opened my mind to things i couldn't have imagined before and helped me build strength, calmness and internal energy, or rather Chi. I thoroughly recommend Tim and Zen Arts, why not come along to a session and experience real ChiKung and Kungfu, the sessions are open to all students of any level, complete beginners and those experienced in other arts.

SI fu Chris and the whole team are so kind and encouraging, whilst being highly professional and uncompromising about the quality of teaching. It feels like you’re part of a supportive family - and at the same time you’re learning skills for life and keeping fit! Our daughter is autistic, and struggles with coordination and motor skills as well as self Regulation. Kung fu helps her focus and keep fit and she has loads of fun. Although my partner and I don’t train, we really feel as if the whole family is a part of the Kung fu school. It was a lifeline during lockdown and beyond! Thank you!
