I would highly recommend training at this school. We are taught many practical self defence technics and also some aspects of meditation which is very rare to find in a wing Chun class. The training programme is designed to teach students on how to maintain relaxation at all times, which is not only effective for self defence, but also can be applied to combat the stresses of everyday living

I went to the Womans Defence class and highly recommend it.
The class was amazing. It was very well delivered. It was well structured and I feel like every minute was used so help us learn something new.
I like that we were taught various different types of techniques and the class covered so much from simple techniques like shouting to using body posture and body dynamics.
The volunteers and teachers were very easy to get on with, they made me feel comfortable to give the practical side a good attempt.
The practical side helped to see my areas of weakness and made me realize what I need to work on for myself.
The fact that we did the practical parts with someone we didn't know was very good as I took it more seriously.
I think the only thing I would recommend as a change would be that you promote the class structure in a bit more detail. I feel this will probably encourage more people to sign up.
Brilliant class! Thank you

I've been training with sensai Kelly now for over 4 years, not only Is he a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to self defence but extremely approachable. The class and the students are very respectful and warming to new comers. I would highly recommend this class to male and females looking to up there fitness and get a realistic direct approach to self defence.

Excellent club that covers all aspects of the martial art from practical self-defence, forms, pad work, fitness as well as internal elements including Qi Gong. In the past I have tried a number of different clubs and styles and nothing stuck. This club has worked well for me and have improved loads. Great atmosphere makes training a pleasure.

Between 1970 & 1975, when Bruce Lee ruled the movie theaters, i switched styles, to W.S.K. My instructor in Brighton was John Harriman and one of my mates, was Toby Wong. Later on when i moved to London, i met G.M. Chang and Master Tan, who really taught me A lot. We did A lot of fighting and my skills improved greatly. The times spent doing Wu-Shu-Kwan, was golden. [I still have the Original Front & Back patches]
