I have been attending for around 4 months, for 2 classes a week, if I could I would attend more, the coaches/teachers are the most genuine and nice duo you will ever come across, the atmosphere is second to none, friendly and welcoming with a varied level of skills I would suggest this group to anyone who is wanting to start or just further your skills! With classes for fitness and self defence you really couldn't ask for better variety ether

Our award winning character development program and martial art classes for 4 to 12yrs are located at our dedicated children's only centre, whilst our adult, teen and family classes are based from our second facility, which includes a free members only cardio & weights gym. Both facilities are fully matted and equipped and our timetable is age specific and flexible!
