We trained the Adults on a Monday evening at 8:15 pm to 9:45 pm. The children trained on Saturday mornings 10:45 am to 12:15 noon. New students join in wherever we are in our training. Northern Praying Mantis Kung Fu is an excellent system for building, speed, strength, conditioning, locking, throwing, pressure points , weapons and some tumbling skills. We do a lot of cardio exercises to build up your fitness and again this is excellent for stress relief.

Good ol bodybuilders gym. Can get a great workout there. Good selection of weight plates for multiple machines, racks and benches they have. A nice separate cardio room with a punch bag. They offer day passes as well at a good price. Overall really good gym with nice and helpful staff. I will definitely keep going.
