Our son Charlie is four and has been attending Little Dragons for a few months now. Whilst he can find it hard it is great to see his focus and confidence improving. Sensei Simon is great with the youngsters, making it fun and exciting whilst also encouraging the concentration, discipline and respect required. The social lessons such as "stranger danger" are also a very sensible and well taught inclusion, and the physical focus is on fitness and basic self-defence. My husband was so impressed with the class that he was inspired to join the class for adult beginners!

Brilliant! From day 1 I've been made to feel very welcome. Everybody at the club is passionate, trains hard and always supportive and helpful. The instructors, Mark and Dave, are very knowledgeable, have a real love of the sport and always on hand with advice, tips, correct you where needed and always push you a little harder.The facilities are great. Excellent kit, pads, speed, punch and heavy bags... and a ring for those wanting to jump in and spar.This is a fantastic club, with some great instructors and friendly students, Definitely recommend Thaiworks for anyone wanted to get into Muay Thai or returning to MA after a hiatus.Thanks guys :D
