Cherrylofts did an excellent job with our loft conversion project located in reading. Dean and Ben, our main carpenters and the rest or the team, was professional, skilled, and completed the work in a timely manner. The finish is perfect in terms of functionality quality and design. While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues along the way that required attention. However, the team was responsive and resolved these issues promptly. Our whole experience with Loftplan has been a positive one from start to finish. The organisation from Bob was impeccably efficient. He would visit the job regularly and always sort out any queries we had promptly. Given covid restrictions, the team worked hard out in the cold in a December start to get the job underway, respecting our home and family issues with isolating at times. The work was carried out to a high spec and the whole team of staff seemed very committed to Loftplan and often came in on Saturdays to push the job on, all of them experts in their own field and who were a pleasure to have in the house. As a busy family we put our trust in them in our home and they didn’t disappoint. It was nice to come home and see the changes on a daily basis and nothing was too much trouble if we wanted to add on extras. Our wardrobes are a focal point and the amazing work that Martin the carpenter put into them is testament to his skills in this field, we couldn’t be more pleased. We would highly recommend this team of dedicated staff and thanks to Nicola who kept everything in order; we are missing everyone being around!
