The Conversion Kings completed to a high standard the loft conversion of our bungalow in May to August 2023. Which was to extend the entire property by 3m in to the garden and then to add 2 extra rooms, a bathroom to the loft (including full-size staircase) and with some additional downstairs alterations: e.g. resizing the downstairs bathroom and hallway according to architect's drawings. A massive job, which was undertaken while we (a family of five) still lived in the property. The Conversion Kings did their utmost to arrange work so that we could continue living in the property and continue our day-to-day lives. Full credit and my personal thanks go to The Conversion Kings and their crew who were all friendly and professional without exception. They were so professional that they were able to foresee potential issues and take steps to avoid them (such as issues with the architect and structural engineers plans). The Conversion Kings really cared about our feelings and went above and beyond to accommodate what we wanted and worked really well as a team to overcome problems both big and small while completing an enormous task on time and to budget. They were a good and fun team to have on site and we had no reservations trusting our home to. As a company, we would highly recommend The Conversion Kings for many building jobs, not just conversions, as a first port of call. Update: nearly a year on (May 2024) and the Conversion Kings just spent an entire day replacing all our door thresholds at no extra charge as the ones I originally supplied were falling to bits. The new replacements had to be meticulously measured, cut, screwed, glued, and plugged in place - a time consuming job even for three professionals. Sorting us out like this is amazing customer service and such a breath of fresh air in an industry seemingly dominated by individuals and companies out to make a few quick bucks at the expense of the customer.
