We are a family with two young children and were looking to extend into our loft space to create an extra bedroom/bathroom, knock down a wall between the kitchen and back living room to create an open L shape kitchen/dining area (also a refresh of the kitchen) as well as general decorating around the house.
PLANNING STAGE
The directors of Is and Ren Studios Ltd, Isil and Renato came to see us. They listened to our needs and managed expectations. They worked with our budget to provide us a quote which was very reasonable. They were on hand to offer design and decorating advice throughout the project.
The Works
The rate at which work was completed was astounding. Various professionals would come and go after completing their jobs with minimal destruction. The builders worked through heavy rain and tough structural issues to ensure our vision was met.
These guys are meticulous in everything they do and strive for perfection. We had a site visit almost every day by the site manager who would talk to us about the day and what was happening over the next few days. Our concerns (very few) were treated in a friendly manner, any issues were quickly resolved.
The Workers
Through the project the children got to know the builders, plasterers, plumbers, electrician. What a friendly bunch!! They would say hello to the children but always kept a respectful distance when we were also in the home. They were always on time and worked long hours to meet deadlines. We trusted them so much we gave them a house key.

Aside from the works we especially LOVE:

- bespoke handmade TV unit and book shelf
- the curves plastered under the new staircase to create a beautiful flow through the old and new area of the house
