For example, if your flight is delayed for any reason, we would never charge you waiting time, as this is of course completely out of your hands. The price we quote is completely fixed, whilst our competitors continue to charge waiting time of anywhere from £40-£80 per hour.
2. Our aim, is your complete satisfaction and if there is anything you feel is not up to standard, please make us aware at the earliest opportunity and we will do everything in our power to put it right immediately.
3. Your wedding day is a major lifetime event and we often hear from brides, that as soon as they mention the word ‘wedding’ the price of everything doubles. We would consider ourselves to be the exception to the rule, in this scenario, as we will never charge you any extra, just because the transport you require is for a wedding.
4. We also understand that weddings are extremely expensive and the average UK wedding now costs in excess of £22k. When booking wedding car transport with us, a minimum of 3 months in advance, we are more than happy for you to pay the balance in regular monthly instalments and we will never charge you any extra for doing so.
5. Our pricing policy is completely transparent and we will be very similar in price to the cost of booking a taxi, but with a far superior vehicle and a truly first class, professional, chauffeur-driven service. We do absolutely everything ourselves and don’t employ anyone, which enables us to keep our prices as low as possible.
6. Equally, if you contact us requiring transport at very short notice, we will never charge you any extra and will do everything in our power to assist.
7. As a further example of our business ethic and customer focus, whilst in the process of setting-up our company, we provided free transport for numerous weddings, stag & hen parties and proms, just to get our name out there.
