I am fully qualified Life Coach with accreditation backed by the International Coaching Federation and I am also a qualified Emotional Wellbeing Coach and qualified to deliver personality and behavioural modelling through DISC. All of my coaching packages include a DISC analysis and review, this can help you understand your own personality & behaviour, and how you interact with others which can be useful in improving relationships both at home and in the work place.
