I've worked for 25 years in education, where a large part of my role was mentoring and coaching to improve the life of others. In 2022 I set up my own coaching company, Eva Carroll - Inspire and Achieve. I can coach on a variety of issues, but my particular areas of interest and strength are; *Improving relationships both personally and professionally. *How to successfully navigate romantic relationships, dating guidance and managing unhealthy relationships.

I have never sat back and regarded myself as the expert I invest in my skills as a coach on a daily basis so I can coach with my clients to the best of my ability so they receive grounded guidance and support. My job as a coach is to help empower my clients to discover there own way forward with what ever they come to coaching for.

I started my coaching business in 1996 and have listened and worked with many individuals and organisations to achieve their goals, dreams and vision. As an educator, I use information with wisdom. As a sportsman, I focus on fitness for purpose, performance and results. As an entrepreneur, I challenge for growth, resilience and success. As a Mentor, I provide an experienced sounding board.

I am a private Counsellor and Life Coach. There are times in our lives when we need someone to talk to that isn't connected to us in any way. This might be to work out why we feel the way we do, or why we keep repeating the same patterns of behaviour. Or it might be that we want to explore what our life means to us. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for this exploration and to help you move forward.
