I had a difficult childhood and this affected most of my adult life. I was always running, full of anger and shame. This led me into the wrong relationships, unhealthy behaviours and impacted all ares of my life - emotionally, mentally, physically, sexually, financially. I was a successful lawyer turned marketing consultant. I went on my own healing journey after becoming a mother 15 years ago. Following a difficult divorce I truly felt called to support others to heal, rise and live an incredible life without all the detours I took. I retrained 2 years ago to support other women in their life transitions, finding their purpose and living a full beautiful life. I know I was meant to experience all these events in my life to be able to support women through their journeys too.
