I inspire women to gain more clarity on their values and develop their self-awareness, so that they feel confident in the decisions they make. Hi! I'm Victoria. I’m a confidence coach, lecturer and an ex-teacher primary school teacher. During my career break in 2019, I travelled the world and discovered life coaching. This is where my enthusiasm for guiding and helping people realise their potential was sparked. I love asking open questions and offering people space to challenge themselves and become more aware of their beliefs and values. My work has immersed through a sense of curiosity and compassion. I am passionate about personal growth and believe opportunities for self-reflection and space to think allows individuals to think critically, creatively and encourages a growth mindset. I believe that my clients have the answers within them and it is my role to ask questions, challenge current thinking and beliefs, and provide time for reflection. This allows my clients to create their own ideas and to decide for themselves how best to move forward. My style of collaborative coaching is supportive and non-directive, however there may be times when I challenge your thinking and beliefs in order to expand your mindset. My Goal - I help women to gain more clarity on their values and develop their self-awareness, so that they feel confident in the decisions they make. I am passionate about empowering women to develop their self-awareness so that they can live their authentic best self at home, at work, and with their family and friends. Testimonials from clients "Coaching with Victoria has exceeded all my expectations. It has helped me through a difficult time and I have learnt skills of goal setting, organisation and it has hugely improved my confidence." "I highly recommend Victoria for coaching sessions. I feel she is a great listener and is very clever at making you realise what you can achieve in life without giving you direct advice, instead allowing yourself to reflect on what your strengths and weaknesses are and thinking out loud how you can make changes and adaptations to create happy and realistic life goals. She is extremely patient and non judgemental." "I had always felt I knew myself and my goals fairly well - but finding myself stuck with little direction, some help to find clarity was exactly what I needed. Victoria was professional yet kind, insightful but non-judgemental. She helped me to plan the next stage of my life, but somehow it all came from me!" Who I am I am an ex-primary school teacher. I'm currently working as a part time life coach and as a senior lecturer educating trainee teachers. I qualified as a Transformational Life Coach in February 2021 with Animas. My Coaching Style My coaching style is non-directive as I genuinely believe that allowing people to find their own answers will allow them to develop, grow and exceed their expectations of themselves. The coaching that I offer is about personal growth and change. I don't offer advice, but I will ask you for permission to share insights. I allow my clients space to reflect on their perceptions of the world, values and beliefs, by asking questions to promote deeper thinking. Coaching rejects the idea that people need fixing, instead coaching allows people the space to grow, realise their potential and make choices. Who I work with I mainly work with women to build their confidence at work. Through this process we can cover a range of areas including, creating more manageable work life commitments by looking at boundaries, aligning your values so that you feel confident with the decisions you make, and looking at why having difficult conversations is necessary for change and improvement. How long are the coaching sessions? I offer sessions at either 60 or 90 minutes long. I have a range of pricing packages and discounts if paid in full. Where do the coaching sessions take place? The sessions are usually online via Zoom or another platform of the client's choice.

Sometimes we lose focus of our why and we need to remind ourselves of our purpose.
Life coaching can help you get clear on your why. Becoming more self-aware and knowing your why, values and beliefs are some things that life coaching can help with – what is your purpose?
I am a big fan of Brene Brown’s work and this underpins my philosophy as a coach.
Brene Brown explains that when we are authentic, we are no longer hustling for worthiness. We know why we do what we do.
Through life coaching, you can take the first step towards finding out why we do what we do.
We will talk about the hard stuff.
We will talk about expectations – where are your expectations coming from?
We will gain clarity on your drivers and motivations for achieving your goals.
We will identify your values so that you live in alignment every day.
We will have hard conversations so that you understand why you do what you do and why these things are important to you.
Through life coaching you will gain confidence in your decisions and the shame-gremlin-questioners in your head will slowly begin to diminish.
In our coaching sessions, we will have honest conversations about where your fear, anxiety and shame are coming from.
