Joey gave me a space to think everything through and clarify what choices I wanted to make, even sometimes with small things. It wasn’t what I expected - like with goals, accountability and guidance, it was just a nice comfortable easy space to be listened to and work stuff out for myself which gave me the confidence in the rest of the week, to know how to be ok and what to do when things got difficult. And I'll keep going back!

Are you feeling stuck and lost on how to better yourself and find your next steps forward? Have you faced personal and professional difficulties, which have knocked your self-confidence at work? Are you feeling stuck and lost on how to better yourself and find your next steps forward?

Bahar was my tutor on a recent counselling course I attended. I was returning to the classroom after a few years away and she made me feel valued and welcome. I really appreciated how Bahar did all she could to meet the needs of everyone on the course - and we were a pretty diverse group (culture, race, visual impairment, English as a second language, etc). One key way to describe Bahar is empathic - she really embodied the core conditions she was teaching us. Great teacher! Thanks Bahar!!

Thank you so much to Caroline for my soul plan. It helped me see clearly what I need to focus on to be my best self and I was blown away by how accurate it was! It’s really helped me feel empowered and also know I’m on the right track and path already and I feel excited about where I’m going and my purpose. A friend recommended I see Tom because of insomnia and worrying about various issues. From the first session he took the time to actually find out what I was looking for but also challenged some of my thoughts and made me realise the reason behind things wasn't quite what I had assumed. The night after my first session I slept better than I have in ages and I now have a recording he made for me that helps me sleep better. Highly recommended.

Had an online session today with Eastleigh College. It was an amazing session hosted by the college and by having a person who has gone through mental health it just helps so much to get a full understanding of what mental health is and how it affects age groups. Everyone has mental health but for those who it doesn't affect you just have to have a strong mindset and can control it. Most people these days don't understand the impact it has on people and growing up I had a friend who had really bad mental health issues, I know the feelings and what people go through. Alex Blake has inspired myself to spread his advice on mental health knowing what I know now I can help people just like him and spread awareness of mental health. My course are all very passionate about mental health and we have all been learning about it during the course period on behalf of "Public Services" and Eastleigh College we appreciate your time you gave and the impact it had on many. Keep doing what you are doing because you are an inspiration to many. Thank you
The Thriving Mind was set up by Stuart McIndoe whose obsession with the mind came from having his own struggles and finally getting to the point where he sought help. The more he learnt and the more conscious he became of thoughts and patterns, the more he could see other issues that were also holding him back. Stuart's initial study took him to life coaching under teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark &

I am a gentle but powerful professional life and executive coach who specialises in working with amazing women who secretly struggle with impostor syndrome - those feelings that you are a 'fraud' in your career, that you will get 'found out' and the belief that you are not good enough to be in the position you are in. I use a mixture of psychometric tools and coaching to deepen self awareness, so you can appreciate your own unique attributes, and then harness this to excel in the career you love.

Nick took our loving but struggling relationship and gave us a mutual vantage point to re-start from. What a blessing he was to us!! From the time of day he could be available for us, to suggestions for each of us to work on, and holding us accountable whilst being supportive, we felt very much that we were in good hands. Worth noting he was our 4th counsellor in as many years, and the only person my husband has felt he trusted. A true gem.

Q: What were your circumstances and personal experience prior to working with Steve of Blueprint For Success?
A: I had been working with a counsellor for around 4 years prior to being recommended to Steve due to a turbulent upbringing as a child and not believing in myself or not feeling good enough for the world. Working with my counsellor helped me understand my past but I was still struggling to change my positive mindset and properly believing in myself. After a very close friend of mine recommended Steve, I knew I was on the right path to changing my mindset and my future from the moment I spoke to him.
Q:What was your experience of the process whilst working with Steve of Blueprint For Success?
A: The experience was uplifting and hugely empowering for me. Meditation was something I had ever done but just stopping for 5minutes 2 times a day made a huge difference to my stress levels and how I coped with things.
Q: What is your experience now you have finished working with Steve of Blueprint For Success?
A: I have continued to work with Steve on a 2-3week basis rather than every week now but my experience after working with him has changed my life. I believe in myself & I feel good enough for the world. I feel I can tackle anything with a positive mindset.
Q: Overall what do you think has been the most noticeable change and benefit from working with Steve of Blueprint For Success?
A: Believing in myself. Before I would always question everything I had done even if it was great. Now I celebrate the present moments and I am extremely grateful for everything I have.
Q: What would you say to someone who was considering working with Steve of Blueprint For Success?
A: Do it. Do not hesitate. It sounds abit cliche but Steve genuinely changed my life. I was in a dark place before talking to him and he has enabled me to progress within my personal life and even in my business. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me. Make the change and take the leap. It is scary venturing in to the unknown but honestly I’ve learnt to live a better life just from working with Steve.
Can’t recommend him highly enough.

So helpful. My friends and family were great when I first lost my husband but they had moved on while I was still grieving and I felt so alone and confused. I wasn't sure about counselling but my life seemed pointless and I needed to find someone with time to help. Nigel was amazing. He listened patiently and helped me so much. It has made such a difference.
After nearly 3 decades in a career in the creative industry, working at a leadership level, I decided to make a change. Having worked as a mentor, guide and manager to scores of colleagues, I wanted to take those skills further so I trained as a coach and in some aspects of counselling - the better to help anyone seeking something else from life or work. I see coaching as a unique partnership that encourages self-exploration, self-knowledge, professional development and better self-management.

Chloe has always been very percetive on our calls, has listening intently and has always spured new ways of thinking about a problem. Over the time I have spent discussing my day to day business issues with Chloe, she has really helped me see a different perspective to some issues, and give clarification and grounding on some of the decisions I have made, in some cases vindicating decisions I have been aprehensive about.
I would highly reccomend Chloe for anybody thinking about reaching out to a life coach.

“I had a hypnotherapy session with Sue this morning. I was a little nervous as I had never been hypnotised before. I needn’t have worried. Sue immediately put me at ease. She is incredibly calm and kind and you feel totally relaxed and safe in her hands. I actually really enjoyed the whole experience and would thoroughly recommend Sue to anyone who might have an issue they need help with. You will get a confidential, kind and reassuring experience. Thank you Sue!”
I have had a life long fascination with Psychology, and have both an BSc and MSc in the subject. For 20 years I have worked in the Clinical Research Industry working on Neuroscience and Psychological Assessment. I also did a lot of work in leading and developing teams, and providing mentoring, support and personal development training, for members of my team. After a long time working in the corporate world, I decided it set up my own consultancy in 2018 and have loved the excitement, challenges and learning opportunities that running my own business presents.

I have been working with Isabelle over the last few months and in that time I have gained a much clearer understanding of my own needs and values; how they are present in all aspects of my life and how they can be applied in my work and home life. My confidence in my ability to succeed in business has soared. My approach to family struggles has become more balanced. Isabelle is a highly talented coach with the ability to put anyone at their ease and to help them dig deep under the surface of what appears to be the issue, and which, often, is so much more. Thank you Isabelle for enabling me to see and value my own potential and to find ways round the blocks that I invariably create for myself! Powerful stuff.

I approach these difficult subjects from a lived experience perspective and offer insights, tools and techniques on how to manage your mental health.
Getting positive feedback after a talk or coaching sessions makes it worth it. The conversations can be difficult to have at times but there is power in sharing our struggles. Through opening up it can empower others to seek the help they need.
Recovering myself from a suicide attempt and having a lack of support and help myself. I wanted to help others and prevent people from suffering the way I did for so long without seeing a way out.
I offer a unique approach to mental health discussions and don't hold back. I no longer feel shame or embarrassment in opening up and have worked tirelessly to become the person I am today, confident in myself to speak to audiences about a difficult and complex subject. I feel like I am a great listener and observer and can really empathise with my clients and work together towards solutions.
Yes, I can also offer my speaking, training and coaching services online via Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams as well as in person (when not in lockdowns).
Offering remote services during the pandemic so that no social distancing is required. When lockdown measures ease I would be happy to work in person or remotely depending on your location and preference.
