After a disappointing experience with a different law firm on entering into the business, I had reservations about the process, but it quickly became clear that Millican Law were in a different league to the others and this standard of service was kept up throughout the entire transaction.My case was handled by Aphrodite who was always prompt, professional and friendly, and I hope the more senior staff members realise what an asset she is. It was a pleasure to work with her and she always kept me in the loop and put me at ease. She also facilitated quite a quick transaction, and we were able to complete on the desired date.In this field, you'd be hard pressed to find a better firm than Millican Law. I’ve used Peter Ross & Co for a number of years now following a bad experience from a previous firm (I won’t name and shame). As a Property Investor I continue to build on my portfolio and as you can appreciate I have a lot of work to do with these guys on every purchase. This firm have been nothing short of outstanding for me. Their fees are very competitive and they have always delivered on time for me when pushing a purchase, this brings particular attention to Jessica who even completed a recent purchase of a property for me a week ahead of the initial completion date which has allowed me to get in to the property and commence work sooner.
