We used Humphries & Co conveyancing department to purchase our first home in February 2011. The experience was a very positive one. Firstly, they were one of the best priced in Bristol, and while cheapest doesn't always mean good, in this case it did. Ian (and Natalie) were really helpful and they didn't make me feel like any of my question was a stupid one. The vendor of the house we were buying was a 'special case' and whilst he appeared to want to sell the house to us, his actions suggested otherwise! Ian and his team really chased the vendor and his solicitors for us to push through the sale, and this really helped during this stressful time. Another thing to add is, originally we were going to purchase another house originally, but we pulled out due to numerous problems with the property, but Humphries stuck to their promise and no fee was charged for this as the sale didn't complete.
