Having worked in groundwork for my uncle from leaving school, who in my opinion was the best in the business to learn from, i started my own business under the guidance of him from a young age, if i was ever in any difficulties, he was always on hand or a phone call away. So i was encouraged to start my own business by somebody who had already successfully done so.
We try our best to give our customers confidence in what we are doing from the moment throughout the whole process of projects, from designing and pricing, worki g out all options, being honest about issues we may face, keeping them updated throughout the job by explaining what we are doing and why, and offeri g an excellent after care service.
In this line of work, we dont believe guestimates are the best route. Be strongly believe in site visits and measure up visits before any prices are mentioned as there are too many variables which can affect the cost, such as access,levels etc. No prices are ever mentioned on site as we offer a strict no pressure sales policy. All prices are offered in writing.
Unless access through a house is necessary, we are generally outside on projects so can keep a safe distance throughout. When doing site visits where conversations need to take place personally, should the customer wish, a safe distance will be kept and masks can be worn.
