Just collected our dog Zain this evening after a long 4 week stay with Roxanne. It was so heart breaking to leave him. But we knew that he was in good hands. It was obvious that Roxanne has a love for animals and that she takes huge pride in what she does.
Whilst my family and I were away on our holiday l asked Roxanne to send me pictures and videos of Zain. She did this without any issues and always replied to my questions. She's very professional and easy to get along with. It felt as though as I had known her for years. I was so tired and very jet lagged this morning and couldn't wake up to collect zain. But it was no problem for Roxanne. She kindly said that it was no problem for her and that we could collect him in the evening instead.
I know that Roxannes number will be on my speed dial. I will most definitely use her again and will recommend her to all my friends and family.
