Due to illness the band had to reconfigure in just 3 hours before the show. The stand in musicians Francesco Lo Castro on guitar and Flo Moore on bass fitted in seamlessly with Clement Regert on guitar and Sophie Alloway on drums. Along with vocals from Corina Kwami this 5 piece totally blew the audience away with their stunning musicianship. A lineup that should be reprised many times again with a Hammond organist as well! We would have you back in a heartbeat.
My name is Alice and I'm a jazz vocalist from London. I studied Jazz at the London College of Music under the tuition of some of the UK's best jazz musicians. Since graduating I have gained many residencies at venues across London and have performed at the Dorchester Hotel, The Drayton Court Hotel and multiple Pizza Express'. My highlight since graduating was performing on the main stage at the Ealing Jazz Festival last summer.

Thankyou so much for such an incredible evening! We first saw the London Funcrion Band perform at a friend’s wedding last year and it was a no brainier that we had to book them for our wedding too! Grant and Nathan have been beyond helpful with planning evening entertainment, including assisting us with important production decisions and negotiating tricky sound restrictions with the venue. They played a great set and had the whole room dancing! Many guests messaged us following the wedding to comment on how much they had enjoyed the performance. I can not thank you enough, we had the best time!
