Following our initial consultation, Studio Smiths will develop an initial proposal, including visual mood boards, interior specifications and project cost estimate, after the initial proposal we will arrange a site visit if necessary to see the space, take note of any existing finishes, assess the access and measure up the property. The design proposal will be further developed and presented to you and will include technical drawings, a finalised inventory, mood boards and quotation for sign-off.
