My application was based on that I was living with my nan whom I treat as my own mother, and that I have no one in my home country. I did not meet any of the rules, apart from showing that there were ‘very significant obstacles’ problems if I lived abroad.
My nan a few years ago went to a lawyer, who took our money but then disappeared. So we lost trust in a lawyer. I needed to sort my visa so that I could support my nan, and she could retire. She did so much for me.
After searching the internet, my nan found Mr Hassan. Even though other firms had good reviews, the were basic reviews. Mr Hassan’s reviews from other clients were very positive and it shows how their lives have changed and the level of service he provides to each client. This was what swayed us to have a consultation with him.
My nan and I explained everything to Mr Hassan, and what was good was that he listened to everything first, then asked very probing questions which opened our eyes as to the detail he went to. Without hesitation we wanted him to represent us.
The whole process was easy, as he made it easy for us. After preparing my detailed representations, statement from me, my nan, and friends, I was wowed at the preparations, and was very confident that I would get a visa. Mr hassan was honest and told me these application are complex, and that if it is refused we should be able to appeal the decision.
After a few months wait, despite covid pandemic, my application was granted and I got 2.5 years visa. I now have my BRP card, and I am looking for a job, and full my dream of setting up my own business. Hopefully soon, my nan can retire and treat her with all the wonders in life that she deserves.
