This was and is the most effective tool in dealing with issues which are often impossible and painful to deal with individually this most valuable tool helped by a most proficient practitioner such as Beverley. My experience was incredible. This was not an instant fix but a sure and steady change to stop "rabbit in headlights". behaviour and anxiety especially when dealing with dramatic shock and high emotion. I've had problems with bugs being anywhere near me... Too many situations to count! I've always had this issue and never thought I'd ever feel any better. I couldn't walk past bushes, walk under trees, walk through grass anywhere where a bug or creepy crawley could find me! It was affecting every aspect of my life. I came across Stella by accident for some reflexology. my first session Stella blew me away, it wasn't like any reflexology I had previously had. she was so welcoming and it was like I had known her forever, seeing Stella for reflexology became my escape time for myself, something to look forward to in our busy lives. I have since seen Stella for hypnotherapy and I cannot reccomend it enough. Stella has cured my dental fobia, a chocolate addiction and now we continue to work on other issues that arise from trauma events in my life. I have suffered with depression for many years I have tried so many specialists, cbt therapy you name it. Hypnotherapy has saved me through some really dark days and has had such a huge impact on my mental health more then any medication or doctor/therapist ever has. Along with her amazing gift Stella makes you feel comfortable able to express everything you feel from laughing about things or crying. I cannot put into words how amazing this lady is. if your struggling with anything in life that is holding you back or just need some time out she is the lady to see.
