Before I started working with Kenny the place I was wasn't good I wouldn't even open my front door, I couldn't even go out to put the rubbish in the bin or shut the garden gate if it was left open, I would even wait for my son to come out into the back garden to put my washing out . I had panic attacks on a regular basis and even panic been left over night in my own home. My name is Fay, I am a hypnotherapist, counsellor, holistic therapist, and yoga teacher based in Low Fell, Gateshead, however I also work remotely a lot. Over the past 10 years I have accumulated a number of qualifications in counselling, hypnotherapy, yoga, reiki and tarot as I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to healing.
