Find a Hypnotherapist in Deal

I offer one to one hypnotherapy to clients mainly suffering from anxiety, stress, fears or phobias and also help those looking for help with weight management. I can also offer basic relaxations sessions to those who simply wish to experience the benefits of hypnosis without any therapeutical intervention. I run a friendly, relaxed service and this can take place in your own home or at mine. Confidentiality is assured, I am also registered with DBS on the update service (a requirement for anyone working with children). I like to find out a little bit about my clients before beginning any course of hypnotherapy and offer a free 30 minute consultation at my base in Deal, or, if this is not convenient I like to take the time to talk on the phone prior to meeting, this is simply to help me find out some background information in order to be able to effectively plan our first session to fully meet your needs. It is important for me to be able to tailor individual sessions so that you can get the best out of them. I am a qualified hypnotherapist and hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy which I gained back in 2014. I am also a Hypno Gastric Band practitioner and have also completed the Hypnosis Meets Nutrition training which is another aid to healthier eating and weight loss. I have an honours degree in Psychology from the Open University and also work as a tutor with young people who are unable to attend school for a variety of reasons. I worked with young offenders within the prison environment for several years as a tutor and later an Education and Training Manager; this has given me a wealth of experience which I can draw on when supporting people with social and emotional issues.
