I see the therapeutic tools and techniques I use as keys that unlock doors to your own innate wisdom and inner healing intelligence to allow you to transcend the limiting beliefs of the ego and step in to your highest form of Self. I have been passionate about helping people from a young age, and always felt a connection to something greater than myself. Fascinated by the workings of the mind and the nature of reality, I completed a degree in Philosophy. I then went on to become a professional fundraiser and spent the next ten years raising over a million pounds for local good causes. Whilst working at a support centre offering complimentary therapies to people affected by breast cancer, I discovered the power of hypnotherapy. The people who accessed the hypnotherapy sessions reported changes in mindset that had a huge impact on their ability to cope with their diagnosis and the debilitating symptoms of their medical treatment.
Following my keen interest in altered states of consciousness, I qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I was also drawn to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a mindfulness based behaviour therapy that increases psychological flexibility, the ability to accept difficult thoughts and emotions in order to move towards valued ends to find meaning and purpose.
I have spent years exploring and practicing breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, psychoactive substances, spirituality and nature connectedness for my own development and use these as tools in my transpersonal therapeutic practice.
I genuinely care about each and every one of my clients and take a person-centred and holistic approach. I believe that everyone has the ability to find freedom from within, I simply create the conditions to help you make the unconscious conscious, to empower you to heal yourself.
I provide my sessions online using Zoom, all that is needed is a private and quiet space for you to sit, a good internet connection and ideally some headphones. I also record the hypnosis part of the session for you to access outside of our sessions together.
Remote working means I am able to keep clients safe from Covid-19. With my in-person work I have hand sanitiser available and will not run sessions face to face if I experience Covid-19 symptoms.
