I have lived and worked in Africa and Asia for a number of years and hone educated my children and gained lots of counselling experience across these cultures. I have lots of life experience of personal close bereavement, overcoming depression and anxiety, infertility and adoption.
I consider myself an excellent and active listener and an non judgemental. For the hour they are with me I make my clients the centre of my universe. I use whichever of my skills will be of best benefit to my clients - be that counselling,hypnotherapy, coaching, massage or reiki.
