The first part is a purchase quotation (we pay you) where we attend and inspect the property clearance, then itemise all items we would be interested in purchasing and provide a written quotation - offer price to purchase.

4. Our team ALWAYS sanitize their hands before entering a property.
5. Where possible we ask for zero contact payment methods such as; bank transfers. Methods are always organised prior to work starting.
