What do you love most about your job?

What we love most about the service we provide is the improvement and notable difference our service makes to the quality of life of our service users.

What inspired you to start your own business?

From personal experience it has been observed that many people are not aware of the assistance they can receive when they or their loved ones are going through a health crisis . Knowing about some of these available assistance and receiving them can assist in improving the quality of life of many of the patients who are going through challenges in their health condition. Our role is to assist in improving the quality of life of the people suffering from any health challenge, including their family members.

Why should our clients choose you?

We have been registered as a company for 5 years and been providing care service for about 4 years including during the height of the pandemic. As you can imagine and be aware that providing care service during the pandemic period was very challenging. We excelled with our service during this period and received commendation from many of our service users.

We made a lot of changes on how we delivered our service during the Covid pandemic period. We ensured our customers are safe and used our PPE to prevent infection and cross infection. We still retain many of our hygiene practices we developed during the pandemic era.
