What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been working in the care industry for a very long time and I wanted to offer care to customer's own home because I believe being the comfort of your own house gives you security and most importantly independency. There is no need for family and friends to make appointments before visiting, you can go and come in as you please. Also providing a 1:1 care which you the opportunity to get to know the client more.

We put our clients at the centre of all planning, involving them and love ones in creating the perfect care plan that is tailored to their individuality. As well as helping, we encourage independency. We love to see our clients developing, especially after going through treatment, operations, etc.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We regularly carry out Covid-19 checks to ensure the safety of our carers and those we are caring for. We PPE in place of all our clients so it can be used the carers. Also one of our most adapted trend is to change face mask from one worn outside to a fresh on when in client's residency just to take extra care. Staff most inform the office if they are experiencing symptoms of the virus and isolate following the government guidelines.
