What do you love most about your job?

I am one of those people that can't turn off, being in care is 24/7 with something always to take care of, I find this suits me. Having started a business that can now support the careers and ambitions of some brilliant people is always going to be a driving force and I love to see how our team meet the challenges everyday in their roles.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A moment of madness I think, It is hugely rewarding to start a business from scratch. It has been an opportunity to meet some fantastically dedicated professionals and as a mixed care provider we get to meet some great clients with amazing stories to tell. It is tough still, to run a smaller business in an area with large national companies, but we feel we can bring the best of both worlds and provide great professional care but with the warmth of a smaller team.

Why should our clients choose you?

It is important for clients to get a good fit, take the time to meet a couple of agencies. We are always willing to pop round to make a cup of tea to talk through with new clients and make sure we are a good fit. We run a great services and constantly communicate with our team of carers, all this is to work towards providing a very relaxed and warm version of care in our clients own home. I am confident that will come across when you meet us.

Our service is not possible remotely. We visit our clients to provide care in their home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

A lot of guidance came out for Carers during covid, we followed this impeccably. Whilst many of these are phased out, where are clients are still more comfortable with taking procations we will offer to maintain some of these guidance's for their peace of mind.
