Core Care Provider Services

WHY CHOOSE US? Just like our name suggests, Core Care Provider Services delivers care from the 'Core of our Heart' to all our service users. Whatever it is we do, we do it from our heart, in the knowledge and understanding that the elderly and vulnerable individuals in our community need to be cared for with real compassion, dedication and in the highest professional standards. We are a care agency that provides a range of care and support services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and in the community. We are registered and regulated by CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care in England, to provide Supported Living and Home Care Services. We also provide live-in care , short- and long-term respite to regular carers or family members who are caring for their loved ones so that they can have some time off to themselves or attend to other activities / events that may boost their own mental health and wellbeing. Core Care Provider Services (CCPS) was started as a natural progression from several years of service and experience, and the accumulation of practical hands-on knowledge working across the care sector, from Domiciliary care, Supported Living as well as in a Care Home. With over 14 years of experience in the adult care setting, combined with the owner’s passion and dedication to supporting Orphans, Widows and those in need of care at both national and international levels, you and your family can be rest assured that all your care and support needs are always at the core of our heart. Providing safe, compassionate and effective care is who we are, not simply what we do. As a care provider, CCPS have developed a unique vision and set out values that run at the spine of our organization and at the core of all our staff. Our vision: "Serving you from the core of our heart" We are a collaborative and supportive agent of positive change in the human existence and experience of life on earth’s plane, working with people in need of care, promoting their independence, supporting their developments, respecting their wishes and safeguarding them from harm and abuse. Our values: Excellence Service Integrity Safety Inclusion Compassion Dignity Respect Equality Independence Staff Training and development plan for each staff: At Core Care Provider Services, we take a long-term view on staff recruitment and training. Not only do we invest time and effort to recruit staff with the right qualities and values we also establish individual training and development, and support pathways for each staff right from the start, and we give our staff a long-term perspective in their career development and progression. We do not just believe in hiring experienced carers. Rather, we believe in recruiting staff with the right spirit, attitude and values and support them in their journey to become effective leaders, managers and champions who will drive and bring about positive changes and outcomes in the lives of our service users, and within the adult social care sector. In a nutshell, all our training programs and objectives are designed to bridge the gaps between staff training and staff practice in the work setting, so that service users receive safe and effective care that respond and adapt to their changing needs. Our specially designed in-house training program aims to achieve three key goals: FIRST: To provide a training pathway that enables staff to embrace the information being delivered in training sessions. SECOND: Take that information back to the workplace, use and apply it to improve knowledge, understanding, skills, experience and the overall service outcomes. THIRD: To induce natural alignment in behaviour and create authentic engagement in staff practices. SAFETY: CCPS takes the safety of our service users, staff and other stakeholders very seriously. We have written policies and procedures on keeping people safe: to make sure that they are kept free from abuse, to make sure that staff always use safe and best working practices, e.g when moving and transferring individuals. The management ensures that key policies are discussed in planned supervision sessions with relevant staff to ensure that staff have working knowledge of safe and best practices. Supervision provided at CCPS promotes safe, consistent and best practice throughout the entire workforce by reinforcing training. The leadership and management at CCPS prioritises and embraces the process of supervision and staff feedback positively about their experiences. Our supervisions are subject to audit and review to ensure their content is of sound quality that produces positive outcomes for staff and the service users. The entire management and staff team at Core Care Provider services are committed to continuous learning and improvement, to ensure that high quality delivery of care and support is sustained and consistent.

What do you love most about your job?

Supporting my staff and empowering them to support the people we care for. I look after my staff the way I expect them to look after our clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Having worked in the care sector for quite sometime, I was very disturbed by the huge gap I observed between staff training (classroom lectures) and the poor quality of services (care experience) people receive on a daily basis. I tried to suggest and offer solutions everywhere I went but red tape and bureaucracy was a stumbling block, especially in larger organisations. Some of my managers said that is the way it is. I was not satisfied with the answer and lack of determination to improve things. That is one of my main motivation to start a company that I can shape and resolve to deliver on the quality that I know is possible.

But, we are also very passionate and drawn towards helping widows and orphans both nationally and internationally - I believe this played a huge role and has helped me excel to great heights in the care sector. That natural propensity to just want to help and see people get in a much better state of life.

My personal mission in life shines through the ethos and values of the organisation: "I see myself as an agent of positive change in the human existence and experience of life on earth's plane, effecting and impacting individuals, groups, society, communities and organisations for the best possible outcomes - through effective collaboration.

Why should our clients choose you?
