What do you love most about your job?

We love working with people. Despite having a degree in Mathematics and Finance, the director chose his career path in the social care industry the day he first set foot in a care home 15 years ago to work as a carer. He then gradually progressed through different levels and eventually established this organisation as HTR Care and Recruitment. Since then, we have never had to look back. We work professionally but from the heart.

What inspired you to start your own business?

During our experience in the care sector, we observed a lot of improvements that were needed, but we faced many challenges in implementing our ideas. Our passion for working with and supporting vulnerable individuals required a platform that would allow us to make the improvements we envisioned. Additionally, there has always been a scarcity of organisations in the industry that provide quality care. Hence, we decided to establish HTR Care and Recruitment.

Why should our clients choose you?

There are several reasons our existing clients have chosen us, and your clients may have similar or different reasons. However, I would suggest that your clients conduct proper due diligence on ourselves and other providers before making such a significant decision, where vulnerable individuals will be allowing strangers into their premises. Please kindly check the safer recruitment policy and practice, code of conduct of the organisation, training and development, coordination team, management team, reviews, care plans, risk assessment, and their systems before making any decision. We support our clients remotely and physically both in management perspectives but but our team must provide the care to the clients in their own home.

We have done many things to ensure the safety of our clients, including recruiting a pool of staff, making sure they are following the COVID-19 guidelines, implementing our policies strictly, ensuring COVID vaccinations, and much more.
