I have recently finished a course of hypnotherapy with Harold and I am very grateful for his help. I highly recommend him. I was in a bad place earlier this year with worsening anxiety and panic attacks. I was fearing a lot of things including getting the tube, driving and had to take a break from work due to this. I contacted Harold as I had tried other forms of therapy with little help. I found the sessions incredibly helpful and calming. I came away from the sessions with peace, clarity and strength.
