I have had the privilege of receiving advice and service from a consultant called Robert. Like many out there, I was looking for advice for my hair, and when you make an inquiry you are inundated with a plethora of pushy phone calls (of course). Not here. I am glad I found Robert. The level of advice and genuine interest was perfect and tailored to my needs. He helped me make the right choices for my benefit and was transparent about costings and the breakdown of costs for every option. I was given real in depth guidance about options for my hair and issues that I should or should not consider across the board. Robert has a great skill and personality to build rapport with you, and considers what's best for you as a person at the forefront. I am sceptic in general, but not with hair medics. I have started treatment through Robert's recommendation, thus far the results are great. Don't hesitate to speak to Hair Medics if your doing your research and need a piece of mind. Robert is a great guy.
