This includes inspecting the whole system, identifying any problems like water damage, needed repairs, or pests. From there, they can work out what needs doing. The next stage is to book in a time for us to come and clean your gutters!
Although the cleaning procedure is fairly straightforward, it depends on the size of the property and the job at hand. If there aren’t any added issues to deal with, such as repairs or waterproofing, cleaning the gutters on a residential or small commercial property can take around an hour to complete. But if there are any other issues to sort out, it can take a few hours to finish all the needed tasks. We normally recommend setting aside 1-4 hours for our team to complete the job.
Our vehicles are equipped with generators that supply the power to the machinery we use to clean the gutters. This also means that you don’t have to be in the property while we carry out the job, or need to provide electricity for us to get the job done. Although a cup of tea upon arrival would be much appreciated! We use gutter vacuum machinery that can reach up to four storeys safely from the ground, so there’s no need for ladders, scaffolding or machine lifts either.
