Alexander Bradshaw recently helped us with a project on our home, we did not really know where to start we just knew we needed more space and wanted to create an open plan living area for our family. This company came with vision and solutions they talked us through various options that were available and then arranged for an architect to put together the plans, they were with us the whole way through the process from start to finish someone was always available to help, we managed to add a large single story extension onto the back of the house with bifolding doors, changed the layout of the current downstairs to make it open open plan, they even levelled the garden and landscaped it to match so we have complete indoor/outdoor living which makes the place feel ever bigger, we took some inspiration from a previous project of theirs with panelling decor which has also really helped transform the ground floor of our home, when we walk in now it feels like a new home, we are blown away by the transformation and so happy that we instructed this company to complete our project. I would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends in the future.

After being let down by two other builders, we met Robbie and instantly felt he was the right man for our side extension and internal renovation project. It was a quick turn around from signing contracts to foundations being dug but Robbie put us at ease and took everything in his stride and made it look effortless. Living in with two small children whilst the works were going ahead, Robbie and his team made every effort to work around us so that we could have somewhat normality for as long as possible - for example setting up an outside sink when the kitchen was non existent. Amazing communication- always responsive and problem solving - nothing was ever any trouble, we have been absolutely blessed to have had such a positive experience. Its so hard to find a construction company that will strive for perfection on every stage of a project but with RB BUILDERS you have it all. Great communication. Great workmanship. Great Team. I would say the facilities and building could do with a facelift as it is feeling a bit dated. But the staff are in my opinion are first class. Steve is very helpful and does the best that he can do within his remit, he also goes above and beyond and is very helpful. Paula that has been there since we moved in and goes above and beyond her duties. Should be awarded for her customer service and ability to solve problems when the centre is clearly understaffed. She is also very friendly, professional and in my opinion an asset to your company! If Regus actually reads these reviews, You as a company need to employ more staff as you cant expect such few staff to continually maintain a large building as it is very busy and I think your staff would burn out as the old saying goes "If you burn the candle at both ends....." So my advice would be to acknowledge the excellent staff you have and maybe hire some more to support them and the centre. There is also a new receptionist Salome who always has a bright smile and very friendly and helpful. By the way, you have to google business listings running for the same location ?, one is listed as Regus and the other is Regus House.....
