Update: Since my original review we have returned to Cooper & MacGregor LLP and are currently working with them to build a large multi purpose workshop / garage Cooper & MacGregor LLP listened to my needs, they gave me design and material selection advice, they organised and dealt with the engineer on my behalf, they dealt with my planning and building warrant application quickly and efficiently and prepared detailed construction drawings so I could obtain prices. They were always on hand to answer my queries quickly. The whole process was stress free thanks to Cooper & MacGregor LLP :D I would give them 6 stars if possible!

Simply put, what an outstanding delivery of quality, professionalism and ethical work standards from commencement to completion. Richard was sought and selected following an initial search on BARK. Upon meeting with him and discussing my project It became immediately evident that Richard possesses a warm and approachable but professional manner with time management and punctuality being an established importance to both he and myself. As the progressed there was a requirement for some flexibility in order to accommodate several delayed deliveries of materials and therefore adjustments to the agreed work scopes were needed. At no time did Richard show anything other than a sustained exemplary, professional and supportive standard, and, in most cases recommended alternative steps and sequences to expedite the completion of works without compromising the evident quality of his workmanship or importantly incurring additional unplanned costs to my project. If measurement of a tradesman's quality can be considered in the equipment they use then look no further than Richard for your selection. Utilising high end and quality equipment this translated into a seamless and committed delivery of work progress across the build time frame and 'no absenteeism' from the project at all, in fact, Richards personal work ethics meant a complete and full delivery while he supported my project...a rare but appreciated standard. The quality and integrated detailing employed within my build further demonstrated Richards abilities to achieve an almost 'one stop shop' performance and while I recognise getting hold of 'a quality professional' is hard enough these days, if you were to engage Richards services you will not be disappointed.
