We engaged The Garage Conversion Gurus to convert the rear half of our garage into a pantry/cloakroom/bootroom. This involved knocking through from the hallway and installing a door and the job required the relocation of the electrical main consumer unit. Jordan - the main man - visited (exactly on time) and we talked through the job in detail. It was immediately clear that he knew what he was talking about and he came across as highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly provided (again on time) a detailed quote, including building regulation requirements and a cost breakdown. Of all the quotations we obtained for the job, his was by far the most detailed and professional and we had no hesitation in awarding him the work. Jordan and his team started on time and got the job done within time (7 working days) and within the agreed budget. The guys were friendly and worked professionally and cleanly - by far the best builders we’ve dealt with over many years. Any snags and changes were talked through and accommodated - nothing was too much trouble. The job was completed to a high standard and we are more than happy with the finished space.
